We developed a standalone data integration and ETL system to develop real-time data analysis and report generation. 

The Challenge

Our client’s clinical diagnostics division was faced with a laborious data management process. Their studies depended on collecting clinical information from their internal lab information system, as well as from external sites. The problem was that the process was negatively impacting the quality of the data and productivity.

The Solution

OPTIMMUS was brought in to help the Clinical Analysis team scale up on research and reporting by streamlining their data management process through the use of business intelligence.

• Built a data mart to combine data from both their internal lab information system and medical hardware devices.
• Automate data processing and consolidation following medical protocols and standards.
• By streamlining the data gathering, data management, and analysis processes, we enabled the Clinical Analysis team to scale their research without having to scale their resources.
• Provide self serve and automated tools for Business intelligence and Reporting enhacing KPI visualization with interactive Tabular Views and multmodal analysis tools.

Proven Results

The solution has been working on multiple instances and production environments for over 5 years with an extremly stable behavior.
